The cancer experience is life-changing for patients and their loved ones. Cancer patients need support before, during and after their treatment. Our goal is to provide compassionate and professional care to individuals affected by cancer, promote the healing process and treat the whole person.

Survivors Offering Support- Survivors Offering Support (SOS) is a breast cancer survivors support program that pairs women who have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer with trained volunteer survivors who can offer support and insight that only someone who’s gone through the journey can provide. SOS is funded by a partnership with MedStar Union Memorial and the Susan G. Komen Maryland Affiliate. A Day at Hopewell - Join other Union Memorial cancer patients and their caregivers as they take a shuttle to HopeWell to explore the support services offered by this free nonprofit designed to support cancer patients and their loved ones. Mesothelioma Veterans Center - This organization offers resources and support for veterans diagnosed with mesothelioma.

One on One - Oncology social worker Jessica Fox, MSW, LGSW, helps guide patients and families through all aspects of cancer care. For an appointment, call 410-554-6587.
