MedStar Union Memorial Hospital President Bradley Chambers Elected to Maryland Hospital Association Executive Committee

Chambers will serve a one-year term on the Executive Committee, after which he will be eligible for re-election to two additional one-year terms in this position.

Baltimore—Bradley S. Chambers, President of MedStar Union Memorial Hospital and Senior Vice President at MedStar Health, has been elected to the Maryland Hospital Association’s (MHA’s) Executive Committee, effective July 1. The Executive Committee is the highest policymaking body of the Association.

Chambers has been President at MedStar Union Memorial since 2009. Under his direction, MedStar Union Memorial has received the prestigious Delmarva Excellence Award for Quality Improvement six times. Prior to joining MedStar Health, he spent five years at the University of Maryland Medical System while earning his Masters of Science degree in Health Administration at Towson University. He serves on the board of the Maryland Healthcare Education Institute, an MHA affiliate, and chairs the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Chesapeake.
